The sliding base plate is thickened, with the thickness increased by about 40% compared to the original, making it more stable and durable. The top part is made of ductile iron casting. The sliding track uses tapered strips and a dovetail structure, making the slide rail more stable and durable during operation.

This tool uses a worm gear to adjust the stroke, which can achieve fine adjustment of the thread depth during workpiece processing. The handwheel only adjusts 0.2mm with one full rotation, while the original one adjusted 3-6mm with one rotation, a difference of 15-30 times in adjustment accuracy. The adjustment of the mold distance is very rough, and if the thread depth is slightly different, it is difficult to adjust. Either it is adjusted too deep and the material bounces up, or it is adjusted too shallow and it is difficult to tighten the nut.

The original 39mm diameter return rod with spring was replaced with an 80mm diameter double-acting hydraulic cylinder piston rod. The original rod was prone to breakage when performing heavy lifting or prolonged tasks, posing a safety hazard if someone was standing near the machine and could be injured. The improved model eliminates this issue of return rod breakage.

The hydraulic structure is bidirectional hydraulic, with high pressure for forward movement and low pressure for reverse movement during operation. Both forward and reverse movements are hydraulically controlled, achieving separation of high and low pressure, protecting the equipment, and reducing oil temperature. The hydraulic system is the same as that of the Z28-200, Z28-260, and Z28-280 large thread rolling machines, making it more stable and durable.

This series is upgraded from the medium and small two-axis hydraulic machines to a larger tonnage model. The enlarged machine body provides sufficient rigidity and stability, and the greater rolling pressure is more suitable for processing high-strength workpieces after heat treatment, such as wind energy fasteners, aviation parts, nuclear energy fasteners, and automotive shaft parts.

Machine Features:
1. The hydraulic systems of the 70ST is driven by ordinary motor, which continuously work to drive the hydraulic station, ensuring stable pressure.

2. The hydraulic systems of 100ST, 120S and 150S are driven by servo motors, and the pressure can be set via the touch screen. When the working pressure reaches the set pressure, the servo motor stops working, maintaining constant pressure, saving energy and extending motor life.
