Main Uses and Features of the High-Efficiency Diameter Reducing Machine

1. This machine tool is a non-cutting machining equipment, boasting advantages such as high production efficiency, simple process, ease of operation, raw material saving, and stable quality. It utilizes hydraulic technology to feed the portion of round steel or threaded steel requiring shrinking into a special mold, where it is cold-shrinked and formed. The density of the shrinking portion of the steel is significantly increased, thereby improving the tensile strength of the material. Plasticity and impact toughness are not reduced, ensuring consistent strength between the threaded portion and the rod body, thus solving the drawback of reduced tensile strength and impact toughness caused by lathe peeling.

2. High Production Efficiency: It can shrink 3-6 workpieces per minute, 3-5 times more efficient than lathe peeling.

3. High Product Quality: After shrinking, the diameter, roundness, and taper errors of the workpieces do not exceed 0.03mm. The surface finish can reach▽7 or higher, saving steel, and the workpiece can be lengthened by 10%-15% after extrusion. Taking Φ20 round steel as an example, with an annual production of 864,000 pieces, approximately 30 tons of steel can be saved.
