Cnc Stirrup Bender is a specialized piece of equipment used for processing reinforcing bars. It primarily performs hook and stirrup bending on cold-rolled ribbed reinforcing bars and hot-rolled grade III reinforcing bars. It is available in semi-automatic and fully automatic versions. The fully automatic model uses a servo motor drive and a CNC numerical control system, integrating straightening, length setting, bending, and cutting processes. The processing diameter is typically 4-12mm, with bending accuracy reaching ±1mm. Two-person operation can achieve 3-5 times the efficiency of manual operation.
