Troubleshooting methods for some common problems with three dies thread rolling machine
1. Threading with the machine running counterclockwise: Start the machine, strip the outer shims counterclockwise, roll the threads, and then unroll them clockwise.
2. Sequence for changing the inner shims of the thread rolling wheel: Clockwise: thick shims for the middle and thinner outer shims, thinner outer shims for the middle and thicker outer shims.
3. Fine-tuning the dimensions: Loosen the six inner screws (or three outer hex screws) behind the thread rolling wheel head, and then fine-tune the dimensions with an adjustable wrench.
4. Adjusting the thread length: Adjust the distance between the stops on the double-stroke switch.
5. Adjusting the length of the stripper: Adjust the square seat on the retraction shaft.
6. Threading with the machine running counterclockwise:
(1) The shims inside the thread rolling wheel are installed in the wrong order.
(2) Turn the button switch upwards.
