Steel Bar Threading Machine

The Steel Bar Threading Machine is a specialized piece of equipment used in construction engineering to process straight thread ends of ribbed rebars. It is a key piece of equipment for achieving straight thread connections of rebars. It is suitable for rebars of grades such as HRB335 and HRB400, with a diameter range of Φ16-40mm. Some models can be extended to Φ12-50mm , and it supports both forward and reverse thread processing. The equipment consists of core components such as a clamping mechanism, a stripping and thread rolling head, and interchangeable thread rolling wheels. It completes the two processes of stripping ribs and rolling threads in one go through the rotation of the spindle and manual feed. It adopts an integrated process and an automatic tool retraction design, combined with an eccentric shaft and a non-surface structure to optimize thread feeding efficiency. The built-in three-point positioning system ensures processing accuracy . Water-soluble coolant is required during the processing, and the tool and stripping length must be strictly calibrated . Routine maintenance involves metal shavings removal, lubrication replenishment, and replacement of worn parts.

◆ Worm gear for quick-adjustment head: Adjusting the thread rolling diameter uses a worm gear adjustment principle (only one screw needs adjustment), which is more convenient and precise than traditional gear adjustment disc structures.

◆ Helix angle for easy threading: Helix angle technology makes threading easy and quick, improving work efficiency and making the thread rolling wheel more durable.

◆ Pure steel vise, non-slip and durable: The vise jaws are made of high-quality special materials and heat treatment process, making them 5-6 times more wear-resistant and durable than ordinary vise jaws.
