The rebar bending machine is an improvement on the structure of the rebar bending machine

Sep 23, 2025

A bending machine is a mechanical device used for bending and shaping reinforcing bars, primarily used in the construction engineering field. Based on the transmission method, it can be divided into mechanical (including worm gear and gear types), hydraulic, and CNC types. The basic model uses a working disc with a central pin and a bending pin, adapting to bending different diameter reinforcing bars by changing the pin hole diameter. A typical handheld model originates from Japanese technology, featuring a lightweight design, and is specifically designed for on-site operations such as shear wall capping, column capping, and bending hooks at the head of reinforcing cages.

The CNC model uses an imported CNC control system and servo motor drive, equipped with a dual-stage brake motor and a multi-stage reduction structure, achieving bidirectional bending of Φ12-32mm reinforcing bars, with a daily processing capacity of up to 5500 pieces. The core structure of the equipment includes a three-piece, multi-layered, separate design consisting of a column, slider, and worktable, powered by a hydraulic system, supported by self-aligning roller bearings, and using a guide key torque transmission technology.

The CNC bending machine's worktable has positioning shaft holes and a variable stop for automatic feeding. The robotic pipe bending machine is equipped with intelligent software that supports automatic switching between six pipe diameters. Two robotic arms simultaneously complete the bending of both ends of a 6-meter-long pipe. This equipment is widely used in construction engineering, rail transportation, petrochemicals, and aerospace, and is particularly suitable for bending and straightening steel cages for bridge pile foundations and pipes. It can be integrated with CNC shearing production lines to form automated processing units.

The rebar bending machine represents an improvement on the structure of a rebar bending machine. This utility model includes a reducer, a large gear, a small gear, and a bending disc. Its key feature is that: a dual-stage brake motor is directly connected to the reducer for primary reduction; the small gear meshes with the large gear for secondary reduction; the large gear constantly drives the bending disc to rotate; the bending disc has a central shaft hole and several bending shaft holes; and the positioning square bars on the worktable have several positioning shaft holes. Because the dual-stage brake motor is directly connected to the reducer for primary reduction, the input and output speed ratio is accurate, the bending speed is stable and accurate, and the speed can be changed using electrical automatic control. The brake ensures the bending angle. The rebar is bent bidirectionally using the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. The central shaft is replaceable for easy maintenance.
